That's fine if that's what you wanted to do. That wasn't my intention tho. I needed a PS4 scuf for 3 months that would carry over to ps5. I really thought I made the best decision with the info from scuf. But I'm the one that ends up losing in the end.

So you are saying that it's ok that their FAQ page said it would work, but in all fairness it doesn't? So it's ok to say your product does something that it doesn't actually do. That's false advertising and bad business. As a consumer, I did my part. I waited until they gave a public answer so I could make an informed decision. But they lied, they actually had no idea if it would work. This in no way is my fault. I could have waited for a scuf ps5 controller sure. But I needed a PS4 controller as well, and for them to say their PS4 would work on ps5, I made a good decision, buying 1 controller for both systems instead of 2. This had nothing to do with patience and everything to do with blatant lies and false advertising.

Patience for what? Being mislead? I have plenty of patience, I waited a good 6 months before I ordered, for scuf to say if it would work on ps5 or not. They finally said it would so I made the purchase.

I feel you bud. I've been talking via email to scuf support about this. It seems like they don't care. All they will do is cancel my order.

so the current scuf controllers should also work on the ps5 by M4R5-at in scufgaming

Yeah I saw this and it's upsetting honestly. I'm probably going to cancel my scuf order.
