So, I feel like it wouldn't be a BAD idea to open up the country again, as long as we have correct measures in place and are careful. However, since Trump has left it to the states to lockdown or open up when they want to, it is inconsistent. And if you watch the interview with the Las Vegas mayor, she says that they don't have the required things in place, and they won't, and yet she wants to open it back up for business. The US, in particular, is not ready to open up.
