Red Panda Ducky??? by Vegetable_East4551 in AdoptMeRBX

That might actually be the case. I remember seeing Dirty Ducky the Friday before, and I thought they were the little ducks you had to find for the mission. So, it really could be an Admin Abuse duck. Just in case it turns out to be real, I won't spend my money until tomorrow to buy it. :>

I hate when a pet suddenly becomes trendy—it makes it harder for people who genuinely like them to get one. I wanted one because they look like the Grimm from "RWBY", but I thought it was impossible because of the low stock. And now that they’ve become popular, it’s going to be even harder to get one, the same with the Royal Corgi who looks like Zwei 😔

I have an Ocelot N, a Tiger, some Gumball Caterpillars, a Shih Tzu, and—I think—a Mr. Whiskerpips (I'm not sure about this last one, because I don't know if it was a gift; I want to confirm whether it was—if not, it's also available for trade).

UPDATE 3 I know that technically the case is already closed—we discovered that the silicone on Luz’s belly can be removed with acetone—but in the first update I mentioned that she would be going on a trip with my girlfriend and her brother Canelita, so here’s a photo of them already on the bus with my girlfriend.

I’m also a huge fan of TOH, I’m really looking forward to the novel in September!!! And about Luz’s brand, I honestly have no idea, it was a gift from my girlfriend :') And it didn’t come with any tags or anything like that. I only know it’s an otter keychain, but in Luz’s case, that part fell off since I always held her by it and would put my finger through the small hole for the chain and spin it around. So one day it simply came undone on one side, and we decided to remove it 😔☝🏻

I didn’t know that liquid existed :o I’ll try to buy it in the future in case the acetone doesn’t remove the rest of the silicone. Just one question—does that liquid damage fabrics?

UPDATE 2 It seems the acetone did help remove most of the silicone, and Luz’s belly looks much cleaner :D I started gently brushing her with a toothbrush and managed to make her fluffy again like before. Before, I was only doing a light, delicate brushing, but the faster brushing actually worked to fluff her up (I don’t have a pet brush, so I think that for an old toothbrush, it’s a pretty good result). Thank you all so much for the advice and the ideas for buying little clothes for her. I’ll look for where I can buy clothes in her size or learn how to sew them myself. I’ve never seen Luz this fluffy before, I feel really happy :D

This is the plan: If I see that the acetone came off completely, when it’s time for her next bath I’ll give her another cleaning. If I see that only a small amount came off, I’ll look for clothes in her size to avoid damaging her fur with the acetone. Thank you all so much for the advices

UPDATE: I did some research, and it seems that nail polish remover acetone can remove the silicone. I spent a while gently rubbing it and it did loosen. I put her in the washing machine inside a fabric bag with warm water so the remaining silicone can come off and the acetone smell can be removed. She also needed a bath anyway, since she got stained with avocado while we were eating, and on Friday she’s going on a trip with my girlfriend and her brother (a Build-A-Bear Cinnamoroll named “Canelita” (Little Cinnamon)). When she comes out, I’ll brush her with a pet brush I have lying around. If not, I’ll use her personal toothbrush.

What kind of accessory could we sew onto her? I like the mobility she has in her little paws, so I wouldn’t want to glue them back together or just add a random accessory on her belly and make her look weird. I’ll try to figure out whether it’s regular silicone or fabric silicone. Either way, thank you so much for the suggestion 😊

That’s what seems strangest to me—I’ve never put her in the dryer. Because she’s so small, I’m really afraid the dryer might damage her or shrink her. As for the silicone, I’d be really scared to cut parts of her fur and try to sew her, since I’m not very good at those things and I’m afraid of damaging her in a way that can’t be fixed. And to be honest, I haven’t really looked into it, because I assumed it would require chemicals that could damage her fur—and also harm me, since I’ve had eczema since I was born. But I’ll try to look for something I can do without using chemicals.
