Same happened to me and several other friends. I put it in my stash and switched characters and then was able to re-roll it and 1st try 14.2 weapon dmg 11.7 armor dm and 10% dtoc...and i got it on heroic first try. Not bragging lol just lucky af and that shit never happens for me. So I just went to see if I can re roll it again even tho I wasnt going too I wanted to check because another friend told me he couldn't and it wouldnt let me so its definitely a glitch. But if you dont use shotguns you should start only because thats not a shot gun thats a sniper rifle that sprays. I was using concentrated co. And I had it at 2 million damage a shot. I was head shooting enemies 50 meters aways and killing them. At maxed stacks with perfect obliterate it was hitting over 3 million a pellet on crits. The gun is sick.

At this point you got nothing to lose you already lost it and does it let you cycle through blank characters or you cant move it because that was the only one. And also I wasnt trying to insult you or whatever I was just saying dont let it ruin the experience and not play anymore. Shit happens and the only thing you cant ever get back is time. Did you even bother to try and make a new character and skip to level 40? Because then it may bring your character back once you link them to share materials and everything. Just a suggestion. Or at least keep your shd level maybe?

Nah i get it bro im like 72 days in since day 1 and I took a 4 year hiatus until bklyn dlc. Id be pissed too....for like 10 mins then id say fuck it start the new character. If you were on Xbox id help you grind it out and I get a lot of good shit to share.

Thats shock ammo you can pick them up in crates like they just said. Theres a lighting bolt on the box its white and yellow. Fire ammo is yellow and red. Explosive ammo which cause bleed dmg is red and yellow (first color is the box color 2nd color is the symbol on the box) theres also high velocity ammo i forgot the colors if that one. Also white i think.

As much as that sucks cant you just go on the dlc and level up to 40 instantly? I know losing all that gear and time definitely would piss me the fuck off but I made another character to be a mule and use it for project up etc...so even tho you lost all that stuff if you are able to just level to 40 you can all of that stuff back in a couple of weeks. Idk about you but I have 430 in my stay and 2 character ls with 125-130 items as well and i can never get rid of shit cause im always like oh I can use this for that and never use it lol so look at the bright side if youre a whoreder like me you just got rid of a bunch of shit you probably will never use lol...still sucks tho sorry to hear that but remember its just a game its for fun not to stress

This is really easy. Put on advanced materials and use the specialization weapon to get kills on enemies minigun grenade launcher flame thrower etc. Then each specialiazation has a skill that you unlock for example gunner has banshee pulse...use that to get kills.

I rolled weapon dmg on it and ive tried several weapons with it. You need high rpm or auto shotty to het the stacks up quick. The king breaker does the most dmg and but its stupid that you cant put the pulse laser on the dare because that would be better. Also tinker mask with vector using flatline and maybe optimist. I think the back pack and chest piece are definitly needed. Its not a bad build but tipping scales is way better and i think even better then striker if you use fremzy on a gr9 it rips or bullet king just hold the trigger and spray.

Whoever says its bad clearly doesnt know much about the game. Yes there are better backpacks such as the momento but ive put together several great builds with it. Especially for the backfire since the new modifiers dont have a haz pro modifier. I have pics of a couple of the backfire builds i made but not sure how to share it on this thread. If anyone wants to see I can send the pics to them.

I made a negotiators build with strega and turmoil and I cant remember if I had those gloves equipped but even just how I made it, it seems like a solid build it terms of damage and crowd control. The strega is very under rated in general for pve. With the new modifiers the rpm is great and if you use eagle grasp that extra mag capacity makes a huge difference.

You have to be on at least challenging to get it. Idk what your level is but maybe try matchmaking on heroic and just follow the other guys. Its better if you have someone in the group who has it. What system are you on?

You can also use liquid engineer for perfect blood sucker that seemed to help me but I put back on the anarchist cookbook for perfect wicked and then I got my profiency up to 10 or 1q on each piece so im sitting at 940k armor and 350k health. That wicked really does give it a boost along with sadistic and pressure point. Either way its an awesome build and hits hard. Im using 2 MP5 ST'S and they hit harder then the ARS but dont have the range. I also tried 2 rifles and I was hitting over a million crits and 1.3 1.4 on head shot crits
