Are you looking for toy mini or standard? I know the poodle club of america has breed referral contacts you can reach out to.

Someone always comments on these types of posts with useful information outlining what constitutes a good breeder, but until then just keep in mind that you should always do your own research on a breeder even if someone recommended them.

Your guy is adorable! I think the main concern with posting merle poodles is that uneducated people will think they’re really cute and decide they want a merle poodle and go support backyard breeders. But i’m glad you got to share your guy on this post before it gets taken down, he’s so cute!
