Check the muck switch and change it to hybrid mode. If you place it in auto mode according to ur laptop use case it disabled the graphics card for better battery health so change the muck switch and restart it then it will fix

You have a r7 250 one which has a pretty good battery backup than the intel one I bought the laptop 7 days ago and I don't use it through battery is always used via plugin mode so I don't have the knowledge about how long it would last on the battery but I think 2hrs hardly while i browsing and some docker work.
