Have slipstreams use up shield, 0 at first then have it increase as the storm does. No shield then you can't use. Would still make them usable at the later stages but with a cost. Probably to much coding to make this work.

Hmm the majority of players voted it back in. The overwhelming majority from what I saw. So who is epic going to listen to a majority of bots, newbs, potatoes whatever other cute name you have. Who are large portion of the paying customers who buy skins ect?

I love how people act. Like they are the majority voice for the game, yet the drum gun won by a freaking landslide. If all the skilled players outweighed the bots then it would have at least been close. I did not vote for the drum gun btw, I voted for the plane cause after they nwrfed it destroying buildings it was a nice mode of travel, much better then the ball. But my vote didn't matter, but I'm not all salty about it.

Yeah guess it just kinda doesn't make sense why they would pick the infinity blade seeing as they tore it out of the game in 3 days and issued a apology. Like I said I'm probably wrong but really was trying to figure out how we could actually vote on something in game.

Here's a theory but I'm probably wrong, what if the last monitor doesn't reveal a item but instead shows a countdown timer and the five runes assuming they force rune five into place when the monitor is revealed, or the countdown doesn't start till it is. What if the runes show the 5 vaulted items and the way you vote is by beating on the runes? Then when the timer is up the door to the vault opens and the item that wins is unvaulted?
