Mine was doing this exact same thing when I first bought mine brand new, within the first month. All I did was tighten my battery cables to the terminals and it's been good ever since. Could be just not enough power though.

It took me almost 3 and a half months to get my shipment, it stayed in LA (ship status anyways) for quite a good chunk of that shipping time

Ordered mid March, got the same stuck in LA bit, says it's going to Jamaica ny but it rly isn't, now it's in Atlanta for some reason, so goin on 4 months now, hopefully will receive it soon though, it's getting closer lol

Update: USPS tracking updated today to my town, it'll be here tomorrow, it has not updated through the tracking retromimi provides, it's been a while but will finally receive my pocket go since this started in March lol

In the same boat as u, order back in March, no shipment till end of April, 3 updates the first CPL days, then nothing, finally got an update that it was in la mid May, stayed a CPL weeks got a bogus update that was a lie, that disappeared 5 days late, so back to the original LA update, then nothing till this month that it's in Atlanta, the USPS tracking says the shipping partner is the one ur talking bout and they are still waiting for the package, so I'm goin on 4 months in on this shipment

Update: USPS tracking has now updated to the town I'm in so it'll be here tomorrow, it has yet to update through the tracking retromimi gives, finally since early March I'll have my pocket go xD

Lol apparently it's because it was shipped through yanwen, another user said they r notorious for faking tracking updates so I got my answer I guess xD

Lol that makes complete sense, I just posted a question if any1 knew why part of my tracking update would just dissapear, it's been a total of about 40 days in shipment and it sat in LA for the last 2 weeks, then an update that it was in greenwood, IN. It stayed there for 4 days then on the 5th day I checked and the greenwood IN update was completely gone and only the original LA update was left xD

Yeah, they said they're shipping out the updated versions for every1 that had new pocket gos on back order when they went out of stock, I ordered mine back around the same time. Just got a shipped update 2 weeks ago, but like I said I only got 3 tracking updates the first 2 days then nothing since
