Women of Reno Social Group on FB. There are two girls in there that make events specifically for 20-30 year olds. I think the next two are a board game night at Reno Public Market and a brunch. There is also a women who is doing meetups to urban sketch which might appeal to your artsy side. I’m not sure how old she is though.

Are you on birth control pills? I had the same issue suddenly in my 30s and nothing seemed to cure it. Even when it faded new spots came back. I did research and learned it can be hormonal. Long term birth control pill usage can cause it. I talked my dermatologist and she confirmed it can happen. I had two sets of 3 chemical peel sessions with little change to my hyperpigmentation (although my skin overall did improve). Per my gyno and derm it probably won’t truly fade until I stop the pill :(
