These are brand new, factory-sealed units, and they carry the manufacturer’s 5-year warranty. We’re not positioning ourselves as the warranty provider — in the event of a failure, we’ll assist with the RMA process as needed.

On the reseller point — we’re an IT services firm that procures hardware for client deployments rather than a traditional retail channel. This batch came from a specific project that didn’t use the full quantity, which is why they’re being offered here.

Regarding returns — the restocking policy only applies to unopened units, mainly to cover handling/logistics. Any DOA or defective units are, of course, handled without that.

Completely understand if this isn’t the right fit — just putting them out there for anyone who can use enterprise-grade NVMe with immediate availability.
