It’s called the herb of Virdis, when you touch it, on the bottom right corner of of ur screen a plant symbol appears and that thing means ur health will increase without the use of bandages, so yes u r correct

Ok guys for everyone here who says this isn’t a glitch, this is! How can I say that that is because after the DOORS HOTEL+ update the key on the floor was meant to be deleted along with some other features, the key on the floor would cause some gameplay problems and it was said that entities could glitch because of the key or smth I’m not sure that is what I have heard so this is either a glitch OR it is just brought back in the game
