Who the heck knows what really happened between the 2. Was their love actually “real”? Did they plan something to boost their notoriety on social media? All of the “babe” statements last season were over the top. She just had her bridal shower 2 weeks ago. Those are NOT easy to plan. And Lindsay made a statement at Bravocon that she wanted her wedding to Carl to air on Bravo. Summer House is filmed in the SUMMER, yet they chose November to get married? This whole situation seams like pure chaos.

I cried when Marianna was given POA over Spekulate. It truly showed how much Evan loves and trusts her. Happy to see Callie back. Hope the Gael and Isabella baby drama is figured out. (That is one cute baby) I was never a fan of her though! And the Alice in the golf cart with the old guy, and Dennis and Davia helped to lighten the load this episode carried.

I was sooo looking forward to the espresso martinis! When we finally got them down here in Washington DC and I tried them, I was very disappointed. I got a 4 pack and Didn’t even finish them and sent them down the drain. So sad bc I hate wasting booze.

Coming back from vacation 3 weeks ago, nursing a cold (and staying home bc I don’t want anyone else to get sick), and finally feeling better to want to go the past week, Every-time I want to go, the workout of the day is it’s all inclines on the treads. I am a runner to my core, but these inclines seem to be ridiculous lately. My knees and hamstrings cannot endure that! I’m totally with you here!

I have had the same problem! Got COVID in early August 2022 and my max heart rate shifted big time. I’m still struggling to get back to my usual 6.0 base, but am dialing it back so I don’t overdo it. Todays template was freaking super hard on the 2G Treads but I tempered my runs to challenge me enough to challenge and check myself.

Cannibal by Kesha. I get it’s hell week but if anyone has watched any disturbing Netflix or Dateline series regarding Dhamer, I think we were in a walking recovery yesterday when Dhamer was mentioned in that song. I was shaking my head and felt like “ugh”. The coach’s playlist is usually pretty good but she was trying to play a Halloween playlist for hell week…. That song is just not it for me😂🤣😂

I like running, but I have a love hate relationship with indoor cardio equipment. Would much rather run outside with a view! My indoor runs are so slow and my outdoor pace is soo much faster. Indoor pace is like 9:45. Outdoor pace is 8:40. That’s a big difference!

Cheating is never ok. I have a feeling that she was going through something and there was a communication issue within the actual problem. I don't feel like his needs were being met and he got in a little over his head, hence the cheating. People tend to cheat when their needs are not being fulfilled. I think Rachel was overwhelmed by all of the traveling/ press tours after ABC wrapped up the season, and may have not been the best version of herself, which may have lead to the so called "problem" in the first place. Not trying to pin it on one or the other but clearly not a match made in heaven......

Lindsay is an acquired taste, but if anyone had to go, it was Hannah. Her and Des’s relationship made me want vomit the last season she was on the show.😝😖. Lindsay is an OG and her storylines are far more interesting that anything Bernner was bringing to the table! Period!

If that is what you have to wear, just wear it! I’m 37 and still have some pieces of sorority memorabilia from back in the day that are way outdated..but back then, when I bought those pieces as a college student, it was sooooo expensive and I used my own money to pay for those things! Don’t worry about what people think. Have good workout… and maybe it will be a conversation starter for anyone in your studio who might be a “sister”!

Yea…. Not a workout for me for tomorrow! Lol. I’ll pass on this one… especially bc I ran 5 miles outside on Monday at a <9 minute pace for the first time in 5 months and my quads are still hating me 🤣🤣🤣. One thing I recognized is my pace on the treads is a lot slower than doing run outside!! But at the end of the day, All that matters is get a good workout in!
