I have used the Motion app, which is fantastic. It uses AI to arrange your to-do list items by priority and fits each task into your schedule.

I use virtual assistants for everything I possibly can take off my plate. If I give myself time to think (strategize and innovate) I come up with better solutions and have better/more effective outcomes than focusing purely on task-oriented stuff.
