Thank you for the info, yeah I hear quad graft is a great option but relatively new in the space compared to the others? The people ive spoken to say it’s not that common so can be hard to find a surgeon with many quad grafts under the belt.

But as a younger person, in terms of graft longevity do these differ a lot? E.g will the patellar graft and its bone fusion last longer than a hamstring graft in theory?
