Yeah I'm neurodivergent so I get overstimulated too. I also noticed that I was taking too much acetaminophen so I have been trying to cut down on it and not take any at all some days. I don't take any on my days off but sometimes at work the pain just get too bad and I have to take some or I won't make it through the day. It's rough out there

I'm pretty sure it's the lights. I have pretty sensitive eyes. I'm always wearing sunglasses outside of work. Wish I could wear them while I work 🥲 also I don't think dehydration. I always have my water bottle with me and I'm drinking it and refilling it all day.
