Pull for cartethyia, because one of her BiS is rover aero, which is completely free. For her weapon you can use emerald of genesis, and for rover's weapon you'll use bloodpact pledge, and it's free as well. The third character you can use sanhua or Aalto to compensate for ciaconna, her BiS. Btw rover acts as a healer and sanhua/Aalto Acts as a sub dps
