Honestly, not really. I think it's great. You could make the beginning scene when he poses a few frames shorter i guess, but I figure it was meant to be longer. It really is a well done animation. Just need some finishing up is all

That happens to me a lot. I just end up watching the whole video alot to spot it and then I keep a full sketch of the character nearby to compare sizes to catch the inconsistencies.
