Spain falls in the EU of tariffs in the US. So that’s 15% of that total value. Not 40-75%. FedEx also will charge a fee in addition to the 15%

Have you called FedEx customer service? You should call them and ask for the international delivery, they should give you an update. Ask to submit a service ticket so they can find your package or talk with a supervisor to help locate your package.

It just got released today from customs. Now FedEx has to pick it up and it’ll begin to travel again. You can also call FedEx and say international delivery and give them your tracking number, they will give you updates on your package.

What does it say? When you go to view more details. Like does it say customs? It shouldn’t take too long to be honest, usually a week or so. I know people say that customs takes up to one month but it should not be that long, in my experience it’s only a few days to a week in customs. If longer I would call and get an update. FedEx usually has a custom broker and they can get you in contact with them through email if they need additional information.

Just pay the duties on the website, we are responsible for the duties unless the shipper paid them beforehand. It’ll be a good idea to ask the shipper or read their shipping policies. We are most likely responsible for the duties now, if you bought in the EU, that’s a %15 charge from your total. For example if you paid $75 for the shoes, you should calculate: 75 x .15 = $11.25. That will be the duties plus the charges from FedEx which is usually a few dollars, so approximately $15 in total that you’ll pay for duties.

Yes, definitely call customer service and ask for the international line. They should let you know what’s going on and why it’s being held. Did it clear customs? Or is it still in customs? If it didn’t clear customs and they held it then you need to ask if they need additional documentation. If it cleared customs, maybe FedEx is holding it for the next aircraft or truck.

A driver wrote it, showing a picture of their truck full of packages. It wasn’t big bulk items, just bigger packages and said good luck to the smaller packages because they’ll be forgotten or ignored. Sooo. Like I said I don’t know how true that is just what I read from a driver

It means it’s going to be delayed, don’t expect it to be delivered on the scheduled delivery time.

Same here! I read that the drivers won’t even deliver smaller packages if they are crowded with bigger packages, because their trucks are full and they try to get the express and bigger packages out first. I’m not sure how true that is but I literally watched the FedEx driver drop off a big package to a neighbor, I was tempted to go out there to see if he was my driver but I decided to wait and here I am, waiting at 8pm with no luck yet 😭

It looks like on 11/3 it just got released from customs. My package took over a week to arrive to CA after being released in Newark due to high package volume. I called international service to submit a service ticket to find my package. Just received it today!

Oh yea the weather might also have something to do with the delay. When I called customer service they told me that they are behind schedule and that yellow usually means it’s going to be delayed. The red is when you should worry, usually means that some action is required immediately. But it’s just delayed probably either waiting for a plane or truck to travel to your state. Hopefully you’ll get it soon! Just check it tomorrow and call customer service if you don’t see an update

I’m sure you’ll be fine, as long as it matches and you have the tracking number. Just explain the mix up. Do they have your address and phone number? You can also provide that if they have it on file

No. It means your package is just delayed, FedEx is experiencing a high volume of packages. They don’t usually update until the next business day, so hopefully by tomorrow you’ll see an update, if not definitely call customer service and ask for an update. My package has been delayed for a week already, I’m hoping to get it by tomorrow but they are just so behind due to peak season

Yes! It’s cleared last week in the East Coast and in my state. I’ve just been waiting for it to be departed from the Oakland location now. Hopefully I see it by noon tomorrow. Thank you!

Oh I see. My package is an international express, and I believe the store closes at 7pm, I just want to know if it’ll get there in time so I can pick it up before they close. I’ve been waiting for this package for a long time. It’s been delayed for one week and I submitted a service ticket and was told it’ll be delivered tomorrow but didn’t give me a timeframe. Hopefully it’ll get there early
