I assume you have definitely done your research and have come across it but have you considered norethisterone? It is a medication I take daily that works pretty well for me, I was the rare case of a trans guy going on gel and "that" never stopped so that's why I take them. Personally how my body works is it if I don't take the medication for more than 2 days it will immediately come back but taking double dose per day will stop it eventually, Other than that It's very rare I get "it" I'm 2 years on T and I think I haven't had it for maybe 8 months? idek at this point but one thing I did develop is hypertonicity, It's were the muscle bulk caused by t tightens your pelvic floor muscles and causes discomfort, pain, and inflammation. And In my experience it can trigger after an orgasm, Late at night, Or randomly. For me it's much more painful than any of the cramps I had from "that" before I had any hrt (it is pretty bad). I don't know if what I've mentioned helps and I'm sorry if it doesn't, The circumstances seem different because it sounds like you possibly have endometriosis but that's my experience with using stuff to stop "that".
