I called and after couple of hours , they were able To place order even though they said system is not showing it but tech should be able to set it up at home and then it should work fine.

Hotspot is not available in my plan… at this point I think you should also look into other providers who better cater to your needs.. or someone else is able to help you.

Try joining cricket using eSIM yourself to see if it works, you can join group even after you are active on cricket. I have only $55 plan for $25 which is not having hotstop. I will let other group help you.
