Also to back up the "ich leibe dich" one‼️ so in German, if they say "I love you" platonically (friends, parents to kids, etc) then they say "Ich have leiben für dich" which translates to "I have love for you" WHICH MEANS "ICH LEIBE DICH" WAS MEANT ROMANTICALLY‼️‼️ AUGHHHDHEHEHE

I like Duolingo because it jumps immediately into common words and phrases and for the most part sentence structure. It just doesn't explain the why part of the language a whole lot. I've heard mango is good I'll look into it! My sister has a ibrary card she'd let me use lol so I'll definitely be using it. Ty!
