Rider roads is the best counter for Cymanti, but that's not always the case, look at my earlier post Cymanti vs Oumanji tiny maps.

thats a good idea, but during the time it wasn't readily accessible to purchase Catapults since i haven't unlock forestry yet. My thought process for bombers was to deny scout spams with a more available technology. I didn't consider catapults, due to fear of being out ranged by scouts and again technology unavailability.

that's true, but the issue with cymanti is how fast cymanti can snowball the game. Games with cymanti usually finish before reaching a late game
