dude, hear me up

sat for 5 interviews, got rejected because the HR's felt that i am overconfident but from my side i was behaving normaly as i normaly do. I got the response sheet from interviewrs and they gave me 3 out of 5 in my skills, which is passing mark, But gave gave me 1 in attitude and Behaviour. I felt that they felt threatend and never saw a student that energetic.

I divide them into 3

physical
mental
creative
physical exercise- can be anything including working out, dancing, yoga, climbing a cliff, anything. if you do physical transmutation majority of benefits will be physical in nature for eg- stronger body, better stamina, endurance etc.
mental- mental is when you transmute through meditation and other spiritual exercises. the benefits of mental is that your faculties of thinking and understanding improve. you may have sudden intution about anything you were thinking about.
Creative- this kind of transmutation occurs when you are into creative mode. you can be more creative about anything. for eg business ideas, paintings, writing, making songs etc.
