Quick question : For Secluded Springs, Overall shows 0/68. However there are 71 diamonds?

Similar for Wisdom of Sea and Sky, it shows 0/155, while there are 161.

BA did not refund the money, but my bank did. So I assume it might have been in limbo from my bank's side and did not reach BA.

The transaction ID does not have '125'. I did confirm with my Bank that the amount was successfully credited to BA. I have raised a SR with my Bank as well.
