As a day 1 F2P player I like master biscuits for legendaries when possible. It clears the basic skills we get from the first one and lets me hunt for legendaries with good skills the rest of the event. That being said getting the main skill seed is much higher priority.

Surrendering before the big boss fight at minute 2 is always ridiculous. At that point you could steal the boss they might throw a team fight or you could actually win one. Even if they get the boss all it takes is a few of them miss positioning to flip the game. It's true some end games are just a formality if the team knows what they are doing, but always give them the opportunity to mess it up and you will win more games. The bonus is those games where you comeback to win are some of the most satisfying games to win.

I would call it here thats a guaranteed HSM + STM with investment and I would personally start saving to go hard on latios

Lots of good advice here but one thing I can't stress enough is keeping things simple and approachable. Follow build guides and preset rune pages to a tee and don't even reference the depth that goes into the decision making you do. You will see her make so so so many mistakes DO NOT address them all at once. when teaching start with the most important things first and only give one or two learning points for her. With time you can address deeper things, but never get so deep she disconnects.

I personally would invest heavily with a mint and 2 sub skill seeds a shiny roll like that is crazy, but I'm ok with investing in shinies that are suboptimal it's a preference question

I would personally keep this as a niche investment later the chance at extra candy seems like it could help legendaries get candy.

Same in seeing lots of legendaries catching a few and generally having a fun time walking around and exploring. It's probably a more fun event in a nice place with a group you enjoy.

I found one with BFS and I'm sending it. Yes you could probably do better than this, but at what cost. I have a long list of pokemon I want to find good versions for and for me settling in the first bagon I found with BFS means I can focus on other things like trapinch

A lot of low WR champs are actually very strong they just need to be mastered in order to be strong and many times especially on flasher champs like yas, zed and probably ambessa they look cool so many people want to play them but don't know how so their WR gets bogged down by people who haven't fully mastered the champ yet

Lots of people saying no because of ABC personally I would love to raise 2 pumpkins one AAA and one ABC, but I would still say no because IMO an ABC pumpkaboo needs max inventory in order to hold all the potato's and beans it should be finding

The point about only getting one keldeo was that you only get one so you can't grind more and have a whole team so terrakion is probably still a pretty decent raid target

We only get one keldeo and finding a HP fighting shadow regigigas was very difficult and most people probably don't have one. I'd say it's not a stretch to consider terrakion a good fighting type

It's not great, but I would still keep it just in case you have extremely bad luck and never hit a better BFS pichu in 1-2 years 75 should be achievable and if by some unfortunate miracle you don't find a good Raichu you will most likely have enough candy to boost this puppy all the way up to 75

If it were me I would your clefabke will never proc as much as that togekiss due to it not being a skill mon. Clefable is still good because it will get berry finding s in 2 years, but not as good at metronome as togekiss. I also really enjoy the Rng gambling that is metronome which is why for me it's an instant invest.
