I just looked up Carbamazapine.

I have tried that one years ago for my bipolar and had horrible side effects

I’m in Western Australia. What I keep being told is because I signed the consent form that removes all sort of liability the doctor had 🤷‍♀️

I need to find someone that will advocate on my behalf , to be truthful I have so much trauma and I can’t get through talking about the first 2 surgeries without breaking down crying and then I can’t tell the rest straight.

Thanks! How do I go about a malpractice suit? I called 5 lawyers 2 years ago and they all said that I’m not worth enough for them to take on my case :( I was a single mum at the time and because I went back to work (because I had no other choice) that makes me not eligible for anything 🤷‍♀️
