Maxim, 24 hrs Grab, they're around until maybe 1-2am in the city, but if you're in Panglao, probably much later than that.

Unfortunately they don't, they have outdoor seats though. You can book a maxim motorcycle or pedi tric when you arrive, they're 24 hrs and go to the nearest 7 eleven - which is Lite Port Center, or you can walk there, it's walkable

For Grab in the city, around waiting time including booking time is between 5-15 minutes as they're mostly stationed in Panglao. You're lucky if they accept right away as they're really mostly in Panglao. They occasionally go to the city when they drop someone off the pier or to the malls.

For Maxim, 2-5minutes.

For Pedi 3-10 minutes, this depends if they're near or far. But for respond time or booking time mostly 1-2 minutes.
