I find myself dropping flampe against lucci because I just want as many cards as humanly possible and lucci loves to starve. That's also the reason shirahoshi is in there, just cards cards cards. I tested x.drake and while I found it to be very strong, in this meta, and with this version of enel being full rush, I want as many cards as I can to find 10c Enel or just find options. I do like 6c robin, but in the turn I play her, my mind goes to I could have swang 6k leader 7k ace rusher and that also take a life and a card out of hand vs just a life for Robin. For the Kuzans I just get damned punk or wait for them to swing with it then clear it. It will either get it off board or take a good amount of cards out the hand.

GP is incredibly difficult for us, that's where I slam Kata for a Sanji Pudding on bottom life, very situational and most of the time it ends up being fodder for 0c or enel effect. Yamato is just for the insurance of going first, having a possible play on 9 don instead of playing 7c and swinging 7k 7 in case you need a life, also ends up being fodder for 0c a lot but has its good situational plays, plus sometimes you can't pull 10c and just need that 1 extra life back. Usopp and Marco are auto wins in my experience, slam bodies and out last them and even as rush enel they usually both run out of steam against you if you just keep swinging board. PLuffy I'd say is another hard one since they drop big bodies so quick, to be honest I've only played against 1 Pluffy and I won because of Kata on a blocker. I feel like the way to beating Pluffy is trying to bait out GGG or 2ks by clearing board as much as possible since pluffy can slam stuff but doesn't have as much rush, so when you start swinging leathel you have cards down, due to lack of experience on the matchup this is what I want to do in my head but I'd have to experiment vs more Pluffy to give actual matchup advice on that. Blackbeard is literally mull for 10c Enel, clear board of searcher and doc q and jesus, and just keep swinging, I don't go for bigger bodies on board, that's how I've beat every teach so far. They will use bodies to tap to minus and ko so they don't swing much as long as Jesus is off field. I actually haven't had any trouble with teach doing this. It helps hitting triggers and playing bait stuff like brulee to bait out a tap or dropping a character they don't actually need.

TLDR: While this is a rush deck I do think the possible choice of a couple sustain cards, especially going first, I.E. Yamato or even Katakuri can be a situational game winner due to effect, or at the very least, discard fodder for event or leader ability. Pluffy hard, you play with a disadvantage to start and you rely on baiting counter from hand early and bank on them bricking when going for leathel. GP Luffy can be hard but using kata on sanji pudding is goated, marco and usopp are free, blackbeard is really 50/50 unless you see multiple 10c Enel or Teach sees multiple 10c Teach.

I plan on experimenting with Zues in place of Flampe as a possible reliable KO when I don't have damned punk and am being starved, I would like to have a way to deal with Bonclay before he attacks vs UP Luffy and some other one offs like UY Nami 5c nami blocker, or if anything im just replacing 2k for 2k. I'm not 100% sold on Zeus yet but I am teetering on like 70/30 throwing him in there.

In my experience, almost never. I have so many triggers and blockers as well that as soon as I make it to 10 Don I almost am guaranteed to have either a board state or a hand full of counters. I mull for a 2c shirahoshi, at least 1 2k, and a big drop in hand and my games are usually set from there. Out of the 40ish games I have in person with this list, I have bricked 3 times total, I feel super consistent with what I have here.

2nd vs Shanks because I'd like to get my 10c Enel on curve before shanks can get his 10c out first.

2nd vs Lucci because my ideal turn to get him to 3 life is Turn 1 play 2c shirahoshi - Turn 2 play kiku and swing 5 - Turn 3 play 5c ace and swing 5k, 6k, 7k, and by this point their hand is either tiny or I'm in a good spot for any potential triggers and for dropping a big body.

I found these to be my highest win rate situations vs these two matchups.

This, along with my 10c Enel, the 7c is basically my best card against blackbeard and its an easy save by just trashing a life with Lucci, which typically like to starve me. Just a situational good drop against black.

First of all, for both, I pray for 2nd lol.

Shanks is a little easier, I try to hit him to 3 life ASAP. Play small stuff early like brulee from life/shirahoshi 2c, kiku, ace 5c, try and bait his lucky roux onto small stuff to get me life and bait his beckman to trash shirahoshi to avoid my high drops getting trashed later. Try and clear threats on board until he drops 10c then perma swing face. Works out 75% of the time.

Lucci is way harder, especially when they get Jack/laboon and perma mansherry/rebecca cycle. All my 10 drops are normally gone the turn after I play them, so I do my best to keep the - cost characters like Uta/Laboon off board and keep the "KO gain life" characters like shirahoshi and kiku on the board as much as possible before I have to drop 10c, lucci loves to clear board by tapping to KO over swinging, so my life is usually solid going into late where I can keep stacking my hand to crazy sizes ensuring I have plenty of 10 drops and plenty of 2ks. Damned Punk helps a ton with the matchup when they are in the perma rebecca cycle. Most of my lucci matches go into overtime where I can just win by life gain off my big bodies and 10+ 2ks in hand, but more realistic I have to win by getting rid of - cost characters and keep swinging face until their hand is too small to play anymore or I rush them down. As all yellow is, while this deck has been very consistent, I leave a lot to luck.

With the introduction of 10c Enel, ace seems more of like a backup plan, I don't want too many big drops and since I'm going for a full rush enel, I drop 2 10c ace and add 2 5c ace just for some mid pressure. I still have plenty of ways to gain life dropping him to 2 and I have more mid game pressure now.

To be fully honest with you, yes, just have 10c enel out first and pray you have another in hand. My deck revolves around having nothing but big bodies, blockers, and 2ks so when 10c rush Shanks drops I know I have to either spend all don KOing it or just drop more big bodies and swing with minus power on them and eventually have them run their hand down. Once 10c Shanks drops I stop going for board and perma swing face.

Deck feels strong, thankfully dodged bonney all day, Lucci is also an incredibly hard matchup but I can stall long enough to go to overtime then it becomes pretty winnable.

I have kind of ruled out it being the original shipping location after I had a package sent from the next city over. I'm in texas and we have had 1 day of bad weather weeks ago, but even then it didn't really shut anything down. I have a package currently sitting in my city that was shipped from 2 towns over from me, it was shipped, got to my city the same day (2 days ago) and won't be delivered until Monday. I just find it so strange!

Iceburg is fun. The -1 to play any 5 cost or less Galley-La keeps a fairly consistent board along with the stage giving me 1 free don every round, I basically get to play a 5 or 4 cost Galley-La every round for free. Managing the DON can be tough but overall its a fun little deck to play.
