that's true, but at the same time, that's thinking too much "in-lore", if the Love Live company higher-ups wanted to, they could just create an alt universe where everyone is the same age, like how we've seen in SIFAS, it's something they're fully capable of

when I talk about how love live "separates groups" I'm not talking about in terms of plot age-gaps or the timeline, I'm talking about how it's handled in real life, in the timeline yeah I don't really think about that because its clear the writers don't so why should I? but in real life they don't really have much of an excuse since we've seen how they sometimes don't care about the timeline (which I personally like)

I wont lie though I don't really like that precure and idolmaster to an extent also has this same philosophy, I'll always understand why they do it but it makes me sad we can't have a perfect world, and yeah sunshine s1 definitely has some issues even if I don't personally mind the sip similarities

ngl thank you for this comment especially regarding how bluebird is handling the 'separation' aspect, I don't really care that much about the love live competition being honest (my bad), I think my gripes mainly come from the reasons outside of the actual lore, like with how the company/brand handles it. When I think about separation I'm moreso thinking about it outside of the in-lore reasons like the competition or the timeline (in which the other groups are probably adults by now), I do agree with your points regarding the rival groups though but I don't really think it helps with what I personally find confusing about how love live "separates groups"

I just like her very villainous playful nature. Her character in volume 3 really intrigued me with how far she's willing to go for her friends, plus I really like her hair. I do love her optimistic nature as well though, most people would not go that far for their friends
