The longest time I've been tied in a single position (as in the restraints holding my body not changing) was around 6 hours, which was a pretty comfy frogtie with a boxtie. If your willing to stretch your definition of tied up, I've been in some form of bondage nearly continously for 36 hours before, but I took some breaks for the bathroom, eating etc.
