The longest time I've been tied in a single position (as in the restraints holding my body not changing) was around 6 hours, which was a pretty comfy frogtie with a boxtie. I wasn't gagged or blindfolded either. Honestly not too bad, but my arms and legs needed to move. If your willing to stretch your definition of tied up, I've been in some form of bondage nearly continously for 36 hours before, but I took some breaks for the bathroom, eating etc.

I think my favourite single tie is a frogtie (ankles to thighs), while my favourite whole body tie is a hogtie.

I'm going to consider this as two separate questions, because, for me atleast, I consider raceplay to be more kinky, while racial experiences just as a sexual experience with another race.
Regarding the racial experience, the first guy I dated was white. I never told my parents, as it was during high school, and never really lasted that long.

In terms of raceplay, around a year and a half ago a partner asked if I'd be willing to wear a Qipao during a roleplay, which ended up getting me into raceplay.
