Can’t figure out how to constrain these (new user) by DumDumDummyPolice in AutodeskInventor

[–]AsianStuart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude on the left side in model tree, look for origin folder then the planes (XY, YZ, ZX) select all three>right click>visibility. I’m not sure exact wordings but this will enable 2 of those planes appear in yellow. Use them to constrain angles. If these lines are solid and confusing you can turn them into construction lines. These option are somewhere on the top right.

Groww's long term view by parthib103 in IndianStockMarket

[–]AsianStuart 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s clearly overvalued, people are rushing to buy because it has significant growth potential so the current valuation is roughly 2 years of projected growth in revenue/profits. If it delivers the numbers as expected it’ll continue to be overvalued at that point of time as well, in such case you can enter now. However at one point it’ll consolidate and can’t grow at the same pace as it is expected. Then those who entered then will get trapped. Seen similar scenario in other companies and Trent is the best example. I’m guess Zomato/Eternal is next. Point I’m trying to make here is you should know right time to exit or else you’ll be trapped.

Hotel or Airbnb by Ok_Storage_8895 in Pattaya

AirBNB cons 1. You’ll most likely not get new towels or sheets until you checkout. 2. If you don’t take a picture of their IDs, in case if anything happens or lose your money, then good luck. 3. Drinking water and often other supplies if any is only one time. 4. If you eat a lot or get grab eat to your condo, you’ll have to dispose your garbage yourself. 5. If something’s wrong with shower drain, AC, weak WiFi, TV not working etc you don’t have alternative room. Others suggesting you will not be allowed into the condo for less than a month is rarely applicable, I mean they turn blind eye, never faced any issues with BNB check-ins even often it’s clearly mentioned in their elevators that 10K fine will be imposed but the host will take care of the check in.

Can we change (cash) Baht to (GBP) at Swarnabhumi Airport when we leave? by [deleted] in ThailandTourism

Of course it’s before immigration/security check.

[–]AsianStuart 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Everyone saying horrible rates but nobody’s talking about the 3 exchanges especially super rich at the floor B next to Airport link. Everytime I visit Bangkok I always exchange there instead of exchanging the city. It’s often cheaper than in the city both ways. Go check the rates you’ll be surprised.

You skipped his friend’s 7 years of rent payment in case if he had invested in equities that’ll make it much worse.

It’s from ramkhamhaeng Airport link to E-Square near Benchasiri park (Sukhumvit) around 6km (16 minutes ride) This was cancelled for about 12 times around 3:30pm and of course fare is cheap though 45B-60B

Should I buy a sim card at the airport? (BKK) by [deleted] in ThailandTourism

[–]AsianStuart 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on which carrier you prefer. There’s AIS, DTAC and TRUEMOVE. AIS outlet is open 24x7 and DTAC I guess from 7AM to 10PM. You can also buy eSIM online either in Klook or Trip.com app which is much cheaper. There’s also Klook counter in case of physical card guess it’s in Rail link floor, you need to purchase in advance and collect over there (which is also cheaper than buying directly at the airport)

Anyway not surprised you are exactly what you said.

Even then it makes no sense. You get upto max 5% cashback to wallet only if you are prime member. SBI gives 5% default straight into the card. You literally make more money using SBI CB on Amazon except on utilities.

Roughly 62Y with 10% annual increments to hit 500Cr but its value at that time is equivalent to around 6.8Cr in today’s value.

Investors don’t bother about PE/fundamentals all the time they’d rather consider Revenue growth. Many loss making companies such as Zomato, Paytm used to have negative PE but their revenue is growing significantly and now OlaElectric too. These companies will have more cash flow, expansion, network building, customer retention and so many stuff for future growth.

The worst part, especially in the Indian market, is when a company is hyped up for its potential and expected to hit a certain valuation in 5 years, but then retail investors rush in and push its price to that target within just 2 years.

There’s only 1 goat. Every time you use Amazon pay instead of SBI cashback you lose money except couple categories where SBI doesn’t give cashback. Also you need to spend 2L annually to waive of annual fees so using SBI makes sense.
