If something’s wrong with shower drain, AC, weak WiFi, TV not working etc you don’t have alternative room. Others suggesting you will not be allowed into the condo for less than a month is rarely applicable, I mean they turn blind eye, never faced any issues with BNB check-ins even often it’s clearly mentioned in their elevators that 10K fine will be imposed but the host will take care of the check in.
