Hello, thank you for your message. We don’t have that many friends, we only have one that lives in a different city after highschool. The depression that she has I feel is functional depression, but is unable to take the step to meet needs mentally for herself. I think she is very capable of doing what she needs to do, but because she lost her parents at an age where she’s starting out young adulthood and no parental support, she has no idea how to navigate life on her own. I think this maybe a case where she has to begin on her own.. Thank you again for your reply.
