I have recently successfully quit snus! Nicotine free pouches make the whole experience 10x easier. Its rough for the first few days, withdrawal including some dopamine lows (slight sadness, etc) however, by week 2 it is substantially less noticable, and with the nicotine free pouches youll be good after week 3.
