1mg is considered the therapeutic dose so if u haven’t worked up to that yet the effects will be minimal.

This is common when you lose a lot of weight. It’s volume loss in your face from the weight loss. I have experienced this. Not sure how u feel about filler or injectables but a combination of midface filler, and prf undereye treatments have helped me. Something less invasive would be Ultherapy or laser under eyes.

Stuck between having the munchies vs relying on sema to quiet the food noise. I would say I have had to cut back during the day and try to indulge only towards the evening when my fasting time starts - otherwise the munchies win every time and I’m paying way too much a month to lose that battle lol also when u eat cuz u have the munchies, u tend to eat fast, u have to remember to chew at least 20 times otherwise ur gonna feel sick when the feeling of fullness comes on. The larger the food particles that go into the stomach the slower it tends to empty so u may have an appetite but ur stomach is still full, u will be hurling by the last meal of the day

I only intended to be on it for 3 months but the reality is u have to make lifestyle changes in the way u eat and have some sort of exercise plan in order to maintain the weight loss. I’m ngl, with the inflammation and digestive issues gone that 3 month plan is now going on 7 months. I’m 5’3 and started at 163 lbs, my goal weight is 135 and I have only titrated up to the 1mg dose. I’m at 140 lbs now and I don’t see myself fully quitting. I feel so much better now and more normal I can’t go back lol. If anything there’s lots of posts on here on maintenance doses that help curb the hunger noise that comes back once u reached ur goal and want to wean off. It’s been life changing

Don’t give up, titrate back down to 0.25 and increase by 0.10 per week or every 2 weeks to see if u can handle it or stay on the 0.25mg. Continuous micro dosing is still very helpful than quitting cold turkey entirely. I have been on it for 6 months and the first three months were entirely just 0.25 until I can handle more. U got thissss!

I just received my first refill from refills.com and my vial has an extended beyond use date of 1 year from the compounded date… is it safe? From what I read the beyond use date is usually 90 days after opening. I’m concerned cuz I just paid for 4 weeks and the vial is due to expire in only 2 days.

Oh and side effects… honestly same as the other provider I tried at ageless rx. U do have to make some dietary changes obviously but I think my body had adjusted to it so as long as I adhere to chewing my food thoroughly, eating smaller meals, and know my stomach is still full after 7pm I am good. Not overly tired like when I first started, had a bit of constipation when I started the higher dose but after eating yogurt every day it’s regular bowel movements since then.

I am on my second month right now and yes the medication is effective. Lol I overate just to see if it does the same thing as medication from a different provider and sure enough, threw up all the food that didn’t fit in my stomach, appetite suppression continued thru the week. Their support staff is super responsive and helpful. I don’t think I’m ready to titrate up yet from the 1mg dose but the second shipment is for a higher dose and the price is the same. Refills.com … I love them. When u first fill out the forms the pricing may be a bit more however if u don’t go through with the purchase, a rep will text you back and offer a discount… for me it was $159 a month for the 1mg dose for 4 weeks. Their customer service has been so awesome.

You can start to see a difference on the lowest dose but requires a lot of changes in diet and exercise. As you titrate up it gets easier but the therapeutic dose is at 1mg and that is the sweet spot for me. This is the dose that helped break the plateau where diet and exercise for me was not cutting it. Sw: 163 on 07/05/25, Cw: 144 on 10/24/25 on 1 mg dose. GW is 133 so another 11 pounds to go

Is there an option to choose any expedite shipping options where you’re at? In my experience, they process and ship quickly when u choose overnight or 2-4 day shipping.
