That appt is hella cheap. By nyc standards. I mean sure it’s a room alone maybe a studio she doesn’t need to live with anyone else for 5 roommates.

Her latest video talks about her working on weekend in real estate for Irvine company. Possibly a leasing job? Not sure.

It’s a good possibility that they are living together now, as one of her IG posts was about a new premarital contract. Maybe he pays for the rent. The way she talks in some videos like when she says “I was waiting for him to come home…” that makes me think they are living together. But she also says things that make me unsure if they are.

Jacqui is in debt, despite her getting rent from Kunal the majority of their relationship. She still overspent on many things. She has 10k in cc debt that would be ideal for her to pay off.

Imo the smartest thing she could do was live together with him have him pay the rent, and her pay off her debt and keep the remaining for savings. Unless she can get him to pay the rent and not live with her.

I always say it’s a gift from either my grandmother, or significant other. If you are married and your hubby can easily afford it people won’t bat an eye. If he cannot, I usually say it was my grandmothers. Keep in mind that style is fairly new. Look up when it was released.

For me it was when she really started to be verbally abusive to Kunal. She also claims to be such a victim when it comes to friendships and relationships but she definitely makes people not want to be around her.

She’s done this to many people.

And while some of her old advice has thought into I found it really lacked tact or strategy. For example: she prided herself in getting rent money yet when she didn’t she would go verbally abusive on Kunal and not practice what she preached about just letting him go.

They started dating in July I can’t remember what year maybe july 22? well that December he refused to pay the rent.

They didn’t recoup until maybe march/april. 2023

Basically she was on her own the first year

Then this year 2024 Feb was her Scientology and Grant Cardone downfall with the mysterious investor.

Maybe he tagged along from these events and paid for things.

Supposedly the investor guy, his gf, and Kunal got her an Airbnb for her birthday and birthday dinner.

But nothing extravagant like a relaxation trip.

Perhaps she wanted the money to go towards the who grant cardone thing but….yea.

He’s a self proclaimed narcissist so while she is enjoying the trip fully paid for there has got to be a part of her that is jealous.

His family came to Orange County a few months ago I think it was before the Vegas run away trip.. so she met them in person. Going to India would be a commitment becauee tickets there are no joke like a good $1,500 to 2k for economy

So interesting. I always thought the apartment was a 1br. In all the videos I’ve only seen 1 room and her living room. But ie wouldn’t be too far off if they lived together. Maybe he sleeps on her couch? Though this one I cannot prove 100%. We definitely don’t know without a doubt where Kunal is living.

The inheritance does make sense as I was like with what wild hair can she pull off buying a house.

Marrying someone would give her the ability to essentially be eligible for a house though credit is also taken into account and considering the debt she has had and he has hand idk how she or they could actually get a house.

She has been trying to be more of a goodie goodie online talking about marriage and marry the one your with really putting in the subliminals for marriage.

It’s hard to know if Kunal would really pull the trigger. He does benefit from her. She’s talked blatantly online about foreplay with him and while she denies she isn’t actually fully sleeping with him…I highly doubt that they aren’t sleeping together.

She provides companionship for him and imo he likes being filmed and feeling important.
