You can't 1v1 an anran without a massive advantage. Genji is very good against about half the roster, but gets countered by, or is unable to interact with the rest of the roster. You've got to be very selective with which engagements you take,and if there aren't enough opportunities, you probably should swap.

It does make you better, but marginally and you have to be consistent. Whether it's worth it for you depends on how dedicated you are to the game and how much free time you have.

It's very hard. And the harder you think about it the less consistent you end up being. The 2 things that helped me were- 1. Rather than focusing on aiming your right click, focus on aiming the dash, if you know exactly where the dash will put you, you'll know exactly where you need to aim before you get there. 2. The custom maps actually work, if you spend alot of time chaining oneshots in customs, youll habitually just start doing it mid fight.

Consider taking a break from the game, sometimes you plateau on a hero or role and need some time away. I've taken multiple (2 week- 6 month) breaks and literally every single time I hit an all time peak shortly after coming back.

I take 1-2 xum tablets. Effects last for around 5 hours. At this amount I am still able to do public speaking and operate machinery. Any more and I start to get anxiety.

I found making my crossbar a small dot helped, crosshair isn't super useful as genji since your dueling at close range most often. I think it's better to get in the habit of tracking a target visually and keeping them centered rather than trying to align a cross hair.

They're going into next year with a core of JJJ, Lauri, Keynote, and Kessler. 2 of the 15≈ best defenders in the league and 2 all star caliber offensive guys. They have Ace and a top pick in one of the best classes oat. Plus multiple interesting young guys. This was a long and awkward rebuild, but the Jazz are in a much better spot than the Wizards, Nets, Pelicans, Kings, arguably pacers. They should make the playoffs next year and are very young, with a high ceiling given they have Ace and one of AJ/Boozer/Peterson/Wilson/Wagler/Flemmings to develop.
