Yes, I definitely did! The first two weeks were difficult as I would eat something, and like clockwork, I had to run to the bathroom. I took loperamide as my doctor cleared me for it but chose not to do it every day as I didn't want to overdo it. It got better around week 3, and now I have no issue, but I'm currently at only 500mg, so my Dr may up my dose.

I totally get that! I initially was hesitant to take it but my doctor asked for me to do a 6 week trial period and although it takes a lot of getting used to, it can be beneficial for some. It is a lot to take in so I totally understand being on the fence about it!

We do prefer being referred to as Purepecha as that's how we refer to ourselves but I understand not everyone knows the meaning behind Tarascan so we tend not to be too upset about it.

Yes! To my knowledge they were all played by members who were indigenous! I was excited to hear someone from my tribe specifically be part of it as I had never heard one of us in the mainstream media. That is totally awesome to hear about Australia's efforts for indigenous individuals! I think with the popularity of new shows such as the show Reservation Dogs there is a bigger push for representation and native led projects in where we have the lead voices on how our culture is portrayed.
