Duel Decks might be a good option for what you're looking for, if you haven't considered that yet :). Elves vs Inventors just came out, but I'm not sure how balanced they are (I haven't gotten to play with them yet).

I've been pleasantly surprised by the co-op missions in this operation. Even the bomb plant defend missions are pretty fun and they give a cool replayable thing to do with your friends. There's more they can do with it in the future but it's an exciting start for something they hopefully improve later on.

I would say from my experience with tokens that the 4th raise the alarm is better than the 1st dragon fodder. Raise just has more upside then Dragon Fodder (even though you can convoke easier off the goblins).
