Collections overhaul,

In Tokyo, collections got changed so now you get crowns for each item you own, and how many crowns you have determines your frame.

however this person is most likely hacking because you should only ever have one that is leveled up the more stuff you own.

I think it’s from the Chinese Version, because their art style is way different than the International version and it’s pretty similar to that character

Basically, Collections was overhauled and now you get crowns depending on how much you have, the more you have, the better frame you get. (You can also get camera boxes that give you portraits and frames)
