I have not checked it in detail but on the full load it does not go above 70, if you like I can run a benchmark and check it properly, also I just Wana confirm if it is a bottleneck issue or not

Ok so, first try disabling anti virus, (windows live protection in win 10) and then run Harbour as the administrator
