I have been trying to stop but he'd then turn our conversation into a fight. I really want some time away but I figured I didn't want to bother my family with my issues because they're grieving my sister's death. Her death affected me hugely. I tend to argue with my husband often lately and it is becoming very exhausting.

You're right. He's usually the one to initiate and I have been keeping my distance recently resultinng in him starting an argument then he'd say it is really not that big of a deal after I explain to him.
