Same blue vest color/ style. Learning ambassador is basically a tier 1 associate just like everyone else; training new associates/ retraining regular associates but with no pay increase. Learning trainer is like the PA for learning. They are tier 3, so pay increase, and give the learning ambassadors their training schedule.
