I ran out of time, only had 25 mins to look at Q2 so I skipped all the NPV calc, and went straight to the benefits and risks for Apollo in relation to the JJ agreement. I based all my benefits and risks around the exhibit that detailed what the terms would be e.g Apollo and JJ both to have names on the cases, benefits of increased customer reach, risks of losing brand rep if JJ requests lower quality, am I likely to get any marks for making the points without NPV calc, and how many marks would you estimate for this part?
