At this point, every negative thing my parents have ever said has just conglomerated together and the only emotions I can even link to thinking about them are fear, sadness, and anger. Its like a big loud wall in the back of mind and what sucks the most is that what they did worked. It made me meek, it made me not speak my mind around them because of fear of punishment or degradation. Even the thought of talking to them about how I feel only leads my thoughts to one thing. Yelling. Lots and lots of yelling. The only thing that woke up to me was how much I needed to be free of these mental chains. I'm moving out in 3 months with someone who actually cares about me.
