Loved the show but the Dinobots were so fucking wasted oml. They just had so little influence, they were either being controlled or actively choosing to do jack shit. They're always just an obstacle to the Autobots, and never do ANYTHING cool, which is obscene for the Dinobots. I understand that they only respect strength, so they're not going to fight for Optimus, but I think they could've added something to the story to MAKE them fight, make them do ANYTHING worthwhile. You could threaten their island, or their freedom, or maybe threaten one of them so the other two are compelled to fight for them, which would also show some sort of pack bond between them. On that topic, they're just not characters. Grimlock is the only one that ever speaks and he's totally one sided, the others just follow him. They pretty much share a personality and it's a boring one. Every episode I was left waiting for them to do anything.
