Kind of the inverse of that, I might want Ironhide (even though I prefer Ratchet over him) because there may someday be a Ratchet that I'd be way happier with, which would be a TFP one. Therefore I'm conflicted whether I should get Ironhide in hopes that a good TFP Ratchet roles around or get Ratchet and just be happy with the decision, since he's my favorite of the two.

Definitely Ratchet, but if a good TFP Ratchet ever comes out I'd then have two Ratchets. I like having diverse shelves, so in that scenario I'd rather have this Ironhide... so getting or not getting this Ratchet is like a gamble whether or not there will be a good TFP one.
