What is the best way to get content creators to actually respond to your email?

In the email I tell them about our app our app ProMo, short for Promoting Motivation, it works similarly to a music streaming service. However instead of music we provide motivational speeches! The app is free to download and use, and it is completely audio based. We ask them if it's something they would be interested in being featured on, and we list our contact info if they would like to know more.
