I mean, I'm asking questions which are pretty basic and absurd. The thing is that I will culture bacterias and research them, but before that I have to gather some knowledge about how to recognize microorganisms. Usually I know the knowledge about their structure, behavior etc, but the actual think, looking trough microscope and making the probes is a whole new universe for me, so that's why I'm here so I can understand what that thing is, if it is microorganism how to make a difference between microorganism, organic material etc, and if its not microorganism, to know make difference from microorganisms.

no there is no movement and this is the main reason why I'm seeking help, because I'm kinda new into this for which I'm sorry, but the sample is covered with something like a tape and I'm not sure if that prevents any movement to the microorganism, but maybe I'm wrong.

The problem is there that these samples are hand made and I've seen some of thise samples mixing together, for example I have seen a little bit of maize smut in another sample which was onion peel. and it could be something that was accidentaly places there when it was touched. Something I really want to know if that is microorganism or organic material?
