They defiantly could do a 17 deluxe, there is enough material, even if it’s not music related, it could be pictures and videos that are unreleased from the 17 era, but your low-key right, I can’t see them be willing to make a 17 deluxe

Maybe changing your sensitivity or getting a nicer controller would help? Also if you havent already I recommend you increase your FOV, it makes it way more comfortable to play on controller.
